1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to quotes, orders, custom builds, servicing and purchases from Resort Trailers (“we”, “us”, “our”) of 36 Stephens Road, Queanbeyan NSW 2620. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Quotes & estimates

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote.
• Figures produced by the online 3D builder are indicative estimates only — they are not a quote or an offer. Every custom build is priced individually once we've confirmed your requirements.
• Prices may change where specifications change, or where material and component costs move between quote and acceptance.

3. Custom builds & orders

• Custom builds are confirmed on written acceptance of a quote and, where requested, payment of a deposit.
• Deposits on custom builds are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, except as required by law.
• Build times are estimates given in good faith and can move with parts availability and workload; we'll keep you informed.
• Title in goods passes on payment in full. Risk passes on collection or delivery.

4. Online shop

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If we can't fill an order we'll contact you and refund any payment for the unfilled part.
• Local pick-up is from our Queanbeyan workshop. Where delivery is offered, delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

5. Returns, warranty & consumer guarantees

• Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) apply in addition to your ACL rights.
• For change-of-mind returns on shop parts and accessories, contact us within 14 days — items must be unused and in original condition; return costs are yours.

6. Servicing, repairs & rego inspections

• Inspection outcomes reflect the condition of the trailer at the time of inspection only.
• We may contact you for approval before doing additional work discovered during a service or repair.
• Goods left uncollected for an extended period after completion may incur storage; we'll always contact you first.

7. Website content

• Content on this site (including photos of our builds) is owned by or licensed to us — please don't reuse it without permission.
• We take care to keep information accurate but the site is provided “as is”; specifications and availability can change without notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your ACL rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the goods or services, or paying the cost of re-supply.
