1. Who we are

Resort Trailers (“we”, “us”, “our”) of 36 Stephens Road, Queanbeyan NSW 2620 is committed to handling your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

  • Enquiries & quotes — name, phone, email and the details of what you'd like built, serviced or supplied.
  • Orders — contact details, delivery/pick-up details and order history. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • 3D builder — the specification you design, if you choose to send it to us or email it to yourself.
  • On this device — preferences such as your theme choice, shopping cart, saved items and any profile details you enter are stored in your browser's local storage, on your device, not on our servers.

3. How we use it

  • To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and carry out work you've asked for.
  • To process and deliver shop orders and provide warranty or after-sales support.
  • To send you a confirmation when you submit an enquiry or use the 3D builder.
  • With your consent, to send occasional updates — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs immediately.

4. Disclosure

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example email delivery, payment processing and website hosting), or where the law requires. Some providers may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site uses local storage for functional preferences (theme, cart, saved items) rather than advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled they are used in aggregate to understand how the site is used, not to identify you.

6. Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example tax records).

7. Access, correction & complaints
